Summary:
In a world where alphas are no longer at the top of the social hierarchy which is now run by omegas, Jared, an alpha, finds himself bought as a present for an omega. He knows he’s lucky. Alphas have few options - being a laborer, an alpha-for-hire helping omegas through their heats, or just a stud for the omega that claims him, and alphas have no say in their lives. He’s stunned to discover that the omega, Jensen, was unaware that he had been purchased for him. He is also confused by the compassion Jensen shows him when claiming him. Jared finds himself drawn to the omega, the one he was sure would take him into his bed the first night Jensen brought him home but has never even allowed him in his bedroom let alone his bed.
