January 11th 2021: Author sign ups close.
February 1st: Author check in via email, send 40-50% fic with outline.
March 1st: 80% fic drafts due and summaries, via email.
March 1st: Artist sign ups close.
March 6th: Fic summaries emailed to artists with a link to a Google doc.
March 13th: Art claims open - artists send art preferences via Google form and matches are made.
March 20th: Deadline for authors or artists to tell us when they can’t post in May
March 27th: Posting dates revealed.
April 11th: Writer check ins via email with complete draft, beta edits may still be happening.
April 18th: Artists check in by sending in rough sketches/outlines or finished art to mods via email.
May 1st: Posting starts!
